“Would you ever stop supporting your favourite team?”
An interesting counter-argument to my “I’m Leaving Leafs’ Nation”. I definitely see where the author, Chris McHugh, is coming from. I’m not anti-Leafs, I’m anti-MLSE (and Stavro and Ballard). I’m leaving not because I want to, but because I feel I have to; because ownership sees the fan base not as a resource or as partners, but as a source of cash flow to be tapped into and maximized.
Hockey debates are always a blast, and this is no exception. I love reading well-reasoned arguments on both sides of any issues, even (and often especially) if the points run counter to my own. Check it out, it’s an interesting post.

I hear you; although it’s nice to see (price gouging aside) at least some of the right steps being taken. And they have gotten rid of a lot of the “Blue and White” disease that has been such a big problem since the lockout.
